I always think that when one of the warnings on a movie is “adult situations,” the movie should feature scenes of people repairing cars, waking up in the middle of the night to comfort crying babies, and filling out tax returns.

Went to a class on Ethics and Professionalism in Engineering at a certain prestigious university yesterday. It featured a rousing debate on pornography. Two things: First, man I appreciate my phil teachers more than I did a week ago. God bless them all. I even think I love a couple of those annoying phil majors who never shut up more than I did before. Engineers on ethics are funny to listen to (she said restrainedly). Second, and most importantly, I was reminded of this blog entry on adult situations and sniggered quietly about it for a couple minutes in class.
… oh and if you post this and Mike reads it then hey buddy no hard feelings, history majors on engineering are funny to listen to as well (she said placatingly).
