Explanation

Since I forgot to mention it, here’s what I was doing out in the bush: waiting for oil workers to get hurt while catching up on sleep, prayer and reading, eating free food, listening for free to the satellite TV baroque music channel, filling my boss’s truck with free diesel, enjoying the untouched silence and beauty of the north, and making more money than I could in any regular job. (But less than anyone else in the patch.) That’s right, gas prices are high not only because of terrorists and CEO’s, but also because of rouchnecks and yours truly.
